Our assortment consists of over 6,000 products and changes rapidly, with 150 new products added every week! This ensures a wide selection of trendy items for you. Additionally, there are more than 2,900 Action stores across Europe. Unfortunately, we cannot provide information on the availability of specific products in any given store.

There’s only one way to find out: Come visit us! If you can’t find the product you’re looking for right away, simply ask our staff. They’re happy to assist and may even be able to order the product for you. We hope you find what you're looking for!


What to Do If the Product I Want Is Out of Stock at My Action Store?

Oh no, we’re sorry to hear that! The best thing to do is ask our staff if the product can be ordered. While this isn’t always possible, you might get lucky!

If it can’t be ordered, you can always check for the product at a different store.

Currently, there are no other options, as our huge selection changes quickly. With over 6,000 products, 150 new items each week, and more than 2,900 stores across Europe, our customer service can’t provide specific stock information for individual locations. For the same reason, reservations aren’t possible either.


Where Can I Find More Information About Action Products?

You can find detailed information about individual products on our website or in our app. Simply search for the product using the search bar or menu, click on it, and you’ll get comprehensive information.

Of course, you can always ask our staff at the store—they’re happy to help!


What Should I Do If the Weekly Deal I Wanted Is Sold Out?

Our customers love our weekly offers, and we keep that in mind. However, it can happen that products sell out quicker than expected.

Sometimes, we still have stock in our distribution centers, and we may restock shelves with these items, but we can’t guarantee it.

Our advice: Visit another store! You might get lucky there.


The Price I Saw Online or in the Newsletter Is Different From the Price in the Store. Which Price Is Correct?

Oh no, it seems we made a mistake! We sincerely apologize.

We always do our best to carefully match the online prices with the in-store prices, but unfortunately, errors like this can happen. The price displayed in the store is the correct and valid price for the product.


The Price on the Label Is Lower Than the Price I Was Charged at Checkout. What Should I Do Now?

That’s frustrating! If you believe you were charged too much for an item, please bring your purchase and receipt to the relevant store. The store management will be happy to assist you.


I Recently Bought an Item That Is Now on Sale. Can I Get a Price Difference Refund?

Maybe! This depends on when you bought the product and whether you still have the receipt.

  • If the purchase was made within the last 8 days and you still have the receipt, simply visit your store and we’ll refund the difference.

  • If the purchase was made more than 8 days ago or you no longer have the receipt, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
